Abstract

The article examines a number of limitations and inadequacies in current legal provisions on land use right mortgage contracts, and then makes recommendations to improve the law based on a comparison of the 2013 Land Law and the draft revised Land Law in 2023. On the basis of the research, some solutions to improve Land Law are also proposed.
