The remedial measures on the handling of administrative violations in the field of mangrove swamp protection and proposals for improvement

Abstract

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the fight and prevention of administrative violations on mangrove protection, administrative sanctions are considered an effective solution. In addition to applying sanctions to deter individuals and organizations from committing violations, the law also applies certain measures to overcome consequences caused by administrative violations. This article analyzes remedial measures in sanctioning administrative violations of mangrove swamp protection violations, shows some shortcomings, and makes proposals for improvement.
