Abstract

Complaints and lawsuits serve as vital tools for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of land users against illegal administrative decisions and acts related to land reclamation, compensation, assistance, and resettlement. However, the application of these regulations still faces certain challenges that require adjustments to align with practical realities, particularly as Vietnam actively constructs and perfects a socialist rule-of-law state. This article conducts an analysis of the current legal limitations on the right to file complaints and lawsuits in the aforementioned areas,as well as a comparison with the 2024 Land Law. Based on this analysis, the article proposes recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of enforcement in this domain
