Abstract
The Law on Real Estate Business 2023 was passed by the National Assembly on November 28, 2023 and takes effect from January 1, 2025 with 10 Chapters with 83 Articles. The passage of the Law with important amendments associated with reality will contribute to market transparency, best protect the interests of real estate buyers, renters, renters, renters, and buyers, bringing positive changes to the real estate market immediately after the Law comes into effect. However, in order for the Law to maximize its effectiveness comprehensively, it is necessary to continue to improve relevant regulations, especially regulations on real estate business contracts. Although, the Law on Real Estate Business in 2023 has introduced new regulations on the basis of inheritance and overcoming inadequacies and limitations in the provisions on real estate business contracts in the Law on Real Estate Business in 2014. However, there are still some issues that still need to be further clarified on a more complete basis. Starting from there, the article focuses on an overview of real estate business contracts, assessing the current status of legal regulations governing this type of contract, from which a number of proposals and proposals continue to improve the efficiency of implementation
