Abstract

The company seal is one of the legal issues that legal professionals pay attention to. The evidence is that throughout different periods, the legal mechanism regarding seals has undergone many changes and adjustments to be appropriate for the economic and social context in Vietnam. Within the scope of this article, the authors analyzes and summarizes the regulations of Vietnamese enterprises law regarding seals, while based on the study of the legal systems of Singapore and Australia, the authors provides comments and proposals for improving Vietnamese law on seals in the next stages.
