Abstract

The article studies the provisions on inheritance regardless of the content of the will under Vietnamese law and, at the same time, compares them with the laws of some European countries to assess the similarities and differences. From there, it proposes some recommendations that Vietnamese law can learn from the legislative experience of these countries.
