Abstract

In the context of Thua Thien Hue Province officially becoming a centrallygoverned city under Resolution No. 175/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly, enhancing the effectiveness of legal dissemination and education on intellectual property rights in general and industrial property rights in particular has become imperative for local enterprises. This urgency is particularly pronounced as Hue City possesses significant intellectual property potential in key sectors such as culture, arts, and tourism. This article focuses on elucidating both the demand for and current practices of legal dissemination and education regarding industrial property rights for businesses in Hue City. Building upon this analysis, the study proposes concrete solutions to improve enforcement effectiveness.
