Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing and assessing the provisions of the 2024 Land Law relating to the settlement of land disputes, including the concept of land disputes, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution procedures. On this basis, the article identifies both the appropriate aspects and the shortcomings of the current legal framework, and proposes recommendations to be further specified in detailed regulations and implementing guidelines, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of law enforcement in practice
