Abstract

In the context of the Communist Party of Vietnam's comprehensive leadership of the State and society, the Party's leadership over law-making and law enforcement is of great significance in the country's development. Resolution 66-NQ/TW dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovation in law-making and law enforcement not only provides strategic solutions to continue promoting institutional improvement and implementation, but also clearly demonstrates the Party's breakthrough thinking to take the Vietnamese nation further, affirming the country's position in the new era. The article focuses on analyzing and explaining the Party's breakthrough thinking in law-making and law enforcement.
