Abstract

Lease right in land lease contract is the right of land users formed in cases where the State leases land use rights with annual land rent collection. However, legal issues related to “lease right in land lease contract” still have many problems that need to be clarified. Therefore, in this article, the author focuses on analyzing the remaining problems and makes some recommendations to improve the law on lease right in land lease contract.
