DISCUSSION ON CRIMES OF VIOLATING REGULATIONS ON LAND USE IN THE CRIMINAL CODE 2015, AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED IN 2017

Abstract

This paper focuses on analyzing the concept of legal signals of crimes of violating against regulations on land use in the Criminal Code 2015. On that basis, the author evaluates limitations, shortcomings in Art 228 of the Criminal Code 2015 and provide solutions to improve this article.
