A number of legal issues on birth of children with assisted reproductive technology

Abstract

The laws of Vietnam on birth of children with Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) have solved many relevant practical issues. However, although these provisions have been amended and supplemented recently, there are still a number of difficulties which need to be overcome. In this essay, we concentrate on analyzing and assessing provisions concerning birth of children with ART, based on which the shortcomings requiring supplementation might be revealed.
