Some legal issues about funding for apartment building maintenance – deficiencies and recommendations for improvements

Abstract

Housing Law 2014 contains breakthrough provisions, reflecting changes in real estate market. However, the implementation of this law still raises a number of disputes regarding maintenance fees for apartment buildings. The paper analyzes a number of legal issues related to apartment maintenance fee disputes from various perspectives such as the method of collection; charge collector; subjects managing and using fees; sanction handling violations
