Completion of the legislation on evaluation of environmental impact assessment report

Abstract

The evaluation of environmental impact assessment report is one of the key requirements of environmental impact assessment. However, in addition to the achieved results, the current appraisal of environmental impact assessment reports still has certain limitations, which comes from many different reasons. The article focuses on analyzing, evaluating, pointing out shortcomings in the legal regulations on environmental impact assessment report appraisal, from which proposing a number of recommendations to contribute to improvement for this activity.
