Law on apartment building classification - Some shortcomings and direction of improvement

Lately, it can noticeably be seen a large of number apartment building projects called such as: Luxury, High-luxury, extra luxury. The labeling of apartment names is decided by investors and completely different from the condominium classification as prescribed by law. This has caused certain difficulties in the practice of law application. This article will analyze the criteria, requirements and classification of apartment buildings in accordance with current law. Give an assessment on the objectives and significance of the apartment buildings classification regulations. On that basis, the author pointed out inadequacies in the regulations on apartment buildings classification, and then made recommendations for improvement.
