THE PROCESS OF RECOGNIZING SAME-SEX MARRIAGE IN TAIWAN AND LEGISLATIVE DIRECTIONS FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

The article analyses some important milestones in the process of legalizing same-sex marriage in Taiwan. Through studying this process, the authors wish to bring a comparative approach, helping advocators as well as lawmakers have some directions to build a legal framework for same-sex marriage in Vietnam in the future.
