THE CURRENT SITUATION AND SOME SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY IN DISEEMINATING LEGAL EDUCATION FOR FISHERMAN IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Marine fishermen are a force that plays an important role in protecting sovereignty over the islands, contributing to protecting national sovereignty and security, building a sustainable marine economy. In order to help marine fishermen to better assume their roles and responsibilities to the country, it is common practice to educate them on the law as one of the activities of practical significance. This article will refer to the current situation and offer some solutions to improve the efficiency of law dissemination and education for marine fishermen in Vietnam today.
