FOUNDATION RIGHTS: THEORETICAL ISSUES AND IMPLEMETATION MECHANISM

Abstract

The founding right is a new type of power in the state power mechanism that is meaningful in many perspectives, which has been systematically studied in foreign scientific books and articles, but has not been studied in sciencific books and articles in our country. This article initially explores the theoretical issues and the mechanism for exercising the founding right, thereby making recommendations on this power, specifically for understanding the concept, characteristics, types, and mechanisms for exercising the foundation rights and making legislature rights adjustments on this power in the Constitution of our country.
