PREVENTION OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS RELATED TO THE USE OF ALCOHOL AND BEER UNDER KOREAN LAW, AND SOME EXPERIENCES TO VIETNAM

Abstract

The article studies the legal provisions related to measures to reduce accidents caused by the use of alcohol while driving. At the same time, on the basis of comparative assessment of the provisions of Korean law, it proposes measures to prevent traffic accidents related to alcohol use for Vietnam.
