METHODS OF CONSTRUCTING AND USING TYPICAL CASES IN TEACHING CRIMINAL LAW MODULE

Abstract

Using typical cases in teaching Vietnamese Criminal Law module is a highly practical form of teaching. This will be able to help students enhance their initiative, creativity, self-study capacity and ability to apply theoretical knowledge into practical working situations. In this article, the author introduces and analyzes a some methods that need to be applied in teaching Vietnamese Criminal Law, thereby proposing the constructing process and how to use typical cases to contribute to improving the quality of law training.
