VACCINE ADMINISTRATION LAW OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND EXPERIENCES FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had unpredictable expansion. Countries have to both control the disease and face the COVID-19 vaccine crisis. This is an unprecedented crisis, posing many problems to solve from many research perspectives. In this article, the author introduces some highlights of Vaccine Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China 2019, and proposes to build the legal framework for vaccine administration for Vietnam.
