RESTRICTIONS IN THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK ON DISSEMINATION AND LEGAL EDUCATION FOR MARINE FISHERMEN IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

For the purpose of raising the legal awareness for marine fishermen, thereby realizing the dual goals of developing the marine economy and ensuring national security as well as protecting sovereignty, Vietnam has issued documents on the legal education for fishermen. Nevertheless, during the process of implementation, many challenges and constraints have been exposed. This article focuses on identifying challenges, constraints and recommends solutions.
