PERFECT LABOR LAW TO MEET LABOR COMMITMENTS IN THE COMPREHENSIVE AND PROGRESS AGEEMENT FOR TRANS - PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP

Abstract

Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership that Vietnam signed and ratified has, is and will continue to set requirements to improve the labor law. The article focuses on analyzing a number of labor commitments in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership. The adjustment of Vietnam's labor law and the issues raised need to continue to be improved to meet the labor commitments in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
