Abstract

Change of land-use purpose is a common activity of the land users to guarantee the effective execution of land-use planning, and exploit optimally the economic efficiencies of the land. Within the scope of the paper, the author will analyze and provide suggestions to consummate the law regulations related to land-use change behaviors in households and individuals.
