INTELLECTUAL ASSETS HAVING LOCATION FACTORS IN QUANG NGAI PROVINCE: CURRENT SITUATION AND SOME LIMITATIONS

Abstract

Based on protected intellectual property such as geographical indications, collective marks, and certification marks bearing geographical elements in Quang Ngai province, this article surveying the exploitation of representative groups of geographical indications, certification marks, and collective marks; The article also points out some limitations in exploiting to bring more efficiency and improve livelihoods for people and brands of goods.
