FROM AUSTRALIA'S FOREIGN STATES IMMUNITIES ACT TO THE PROPOSAL TO CONSTRUCTION OF FOREIGN STATES IMMUNITIES ACT IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Along with the development of international integration, the country is also a party that participates in some private international law relations. Stemming from the principle of respecting national sovereignty, when a country participates in civil relations with foreign elements, it will be determined as a special subject, enjoying immunity. The article will analyze the immunity of foreign countries in private  international law through the presentation of the Law on Immunity of foreign countries of Australia, from which to propose the basis for the development of the foreign states immunity act of Vietnam in the present context.
