SOME FEEDBACKS ON THE REGULATION OF ILLEGAL SEIZURE OF MONEY, OBJECTS AND LICENSES IN INSPECTION ACTIVITIES MENTIONED IN THE DRAFT INSPECTION LAW (AMENDED VERSION)

Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of the Draft of Inspection Law (amended) on the illegal seizure of money, objects and licenses in inspection activities. The article also gives some recommendation to contribute to the regulations finalization of this issue.
