DETERMINING OF GROUPS OF LAND USERS AND MEMBERS OF LAND USER GROUPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAND LAW

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing, evaluating the clarification of legal issues relating to the determination of land users groups, the foundation and the method to determine members of them according to the Land Law, thereby pointing out some disadvantages in provisions and practices of application of the law in this issue, and giving some suggestions.
