DISCUSSION ON THE CRIMES OF VIOLATING REGULATIONS ON THE PROTECTION OF WILD ANIMALS AND ANIMALS ON THE LIST OF ENDANGERED, PRECIOUS, AND RARE SPECIES

Abstract

Crimes of violating regulations on protection of endangered, precious and rare wild animals  include the crime of violating regulations on protection of wild animals (Article 234 of the Penal Code) and Crime of violating regulations on protection of endangered, precious and rare animals (Article 244 of the Penal Code). Within the scope of this article, the author analyzes the shortcomings that exist in the regulations on crimes related to the protection of wildlife, endangered, precious and rare animals. From there, the article makes recommendations and proposals to improve the provisions of the criminal law and documents related to these crimes.
