DISCUSSION ON PROVISIONS OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY NOT TO PAY SUM ASSURED IN THE CASE THE INSURED IS EXECUTED BY DEATH PENALTY

Abstract

This article refers to the legal provisions on whether the insurance company must pay or not pay the sum assured in the event of the death of the insured. In most cases, insurance policies exclude payment of money to the beneficiary, when the insured violates the law. However, with a different perspective, the author gives views, analyzes and recommendations to consider case by case specifically to avoid disadvantages for other subjects in the insurance contract.
