THE LAW ON CONTRACT OF STEM CELLS STORAGE

Abstract

The critical application of stem cells becomes increasingly the trend of optimal health protection. However, legal issues related to stem cells, especially stem cell storage contracts, have not been taken care of, while the contract terms generally generate quite many issues that needs to be considered in detail. The article presents an overview of stem cells, points out the legal problems arising from the stem cell storage contract, and makes recommendations for improvement.
