BUILDING A SET OF INTELLECTUAL PROTECTION REGISTRATION SEARCH TOOLS APPLICABLE TO BUSINESSES IN THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE

Abstract

The registration process for establishing intellectual property rights (IP) has become globalized with uniform standards, high levels of protection, speed and efficiency. Businesses across the country in general and businesses in Thua Thien Hue Province in particular need to better understand the necessity of searching in the process of filing an IP protection application. The article refers to the search and registration of IP right protection, proposes to build a Search Toolkit to facilitate the search for registration of IP right protection applicable to enterprises in Thua Thien Hue Province.
