Abstract

Land use rights in general and land use rights of religions in particular are stipulated in the2013 Land Law. The provisions of the law have been implemented to meet the requirements of land users is a religious organization. However, the law implementation process still has some limitations of the law and obstacles in practice. The article analyzes and evaluates the current status of legal regulations on the rights of religious establishments to use land under the 2013 Land Law and related legal documents; then propose some solutions to improve the law
