Abstract

This paper analyzes and comments on inadequacies and problems on the grounds for suspension of judgments due to the fact that the litigant does not pay advance property valuation fees and other litigation costs according to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code 2015, thereby proposing solutions to improve the law on this issue.
