COMPLETING THE LEGAL PROVISIONS ON THE PROSECUTOR’S STATEMENTS AT THE FIRST-INSTANCE TRIAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE CASES

Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of the law on the procurator's statement at the first instance court of administrative cases (VAHC), and provides some comments, assessments and recommendations to improve the law to ensure better application of apply these rules in practice.
