Practical application of Civil procedures law in the settlement of civil cases with foreign elements in Vietnam courts

Abstract

The article clearly points out some shortcomings and limitations of Vietnamese courts when applying the civil procedure law to resolve civil cases involving foreign elements by analytical methods, commenting on a number of judgments. Thereby, the author proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of resolving civil cases involving foreign elements in Vietnamese courts today.
