Abstract

The construction of a joint cross-border economic and commercial zone on the road border between Vietnam and Laos is the policy that high-level leaders of the two countries have agreed to implement on a trial basis. However, there are many issues related to establishing a legal framework for operating this model. This article presents some initial opinions on choosing the direction of building legal documents as a basis for putting the Lao Bao - Dansavan joint cross-border economic and commercial zone into operation in accordance with the legal regulations of Vietnam and Laos
