Abstract

The use of free trade agreements as a tool in the anti-corruption system is becoming popular in many countries worldwide. The increasing emergence of anti-corruption commitments and commitments to transparency in bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements is a concrete demonstration of the critical role of international trade law in dealing with corruption problems. In this article, the author would like to research the commitments on anti-corruption in the typical free trade agreements, which focuses on Vietnam’s obligations in the CPTPP and the actual implementation of such commitments in Vietnam
