The breakthrough in the special territory administrative unit model in China and experience for Vietnam

Abstract

Not only China, the organization of special territorial administrative units such as Regional Ethnic Autonomy, Special Economic Zones, and Special Administrative Region is common in many countries around the world. However, with a centralized state, the formation of special territories in China is an institutional breakthrough. Therefore, the study and experience summarization of China's special territories model is necessary for the construction and development of special territorial units in Vietnam.
