Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing three main issues: (1) Legal provisions concerning the statute of limitations for initiating lawsuits. This includes the time limit for filing a lawsuit, how to determine the statute of limitations, and cases that are exempt from the statute of limitations for initiating lawsuits; (2) The actual situation regarding the implementation and application of the law on time limits for initiating administrative lawsuits; (3) Proposals to enhance the law and enforce the legal provisions related to the statute of limitations for initiating lawsuits.
