Abstract

Hue sesame candy is a hallmark of Hue culinary culture. For many years, this candy has been more than just a cultural symbol; it represents the pride of the Hue people. This article delves into the utilization and exploitation of the collective mark "Hue Sesame candy" in Thua Thien Hue province. Based on this analysis, the research team identifies and examines the challenges and root causes encountered during the exploitation and use of this collective mark. Consequently, the study highlights key issues and offers solutions for the effective management, use, and exploitation of the "Hue sesame candy"
