Abstract

Legal scientific research methods are the methods that researchers use as tools for their research work, from which the research methods will serve for the search and analysis, synthesis, evaluation… for reliable final results. In which, the method of analyzing the written law is considered a traditional and popular method in legal scientific research; with the basic goal is to evaluate and find out the shortcomings of legal documents. However, in reality, understanding and effectively applying the method of analyzing written law in scientific research is not easy. It requires the application of certain techniques and processes.
