Abstract

This article analyzes the practice of implementing the law on water environmental protection in the Huong River, Thua Thien Hue province and identifies some causes of limitations and problems in the process of implementing the law on environmental protection for water in the Huong River. Subsequently, it propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing the law on water  environmental  protection  in  the Huong River, Thua Thien Hue province.
