Abstract

            Training pedagogical professional skills in accordance with developing pedagogical competence is a basic activity in the process of teacher training. It plays an important role and is very meaningful in forming the qualities and professional competences of a future teacher.

According to the trend of competence training approach, the activities concerning practising to build up the teaching and educating competence must focus on training pedagogical professional skills to help students form the competence of teaching, education and vocational development. Only when teacher training institutions are able to organize well the activities of training pedagogical professional skills, can they fulfill their training missions for pedagogical students.
