Phenomena of liaisons in English songs

Abstract

The article investigates the phonological process of liaisons in connected speech in English songs.  The aims are to examine the differences between liaisons in English songs and those in daily conversations, from which, propose some recommendations with a view to choosing and using songs in teaching and practicing liaisons.
