Educational philosophy through English training practice at Phu Yen University

Abstract

After 16 years of construction and development, Phu Yen University has been building and maintaining an educational philosophy with the four following criteria: Quality - Efficiency - Creativity - For the community. This system of values has been maintained and implemented by the Foreign Languages Department throughout its training process in order to contribute to training and fostering the high quality human resources for assisting the socio-economic development of Phu Yen province in particular and the entire country in general.
