NHÂN TỐ TÁC ĐỘNG ĐẾN Ý ĐỊNH SỬ DỤNG PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN BẰNG MÃ QR CỦA NGƯỜI DÂN Ở TỈNH PHÚ YÊN

Abstract

The emergence of QR codes and QR code payment methods has opened up a new research direction for scholars worldwide. Currently, QR code payments are widely adopted in major cities in Vietnam. However, in remote provinces, especially in outlying districts, this payment method is not yet widely utilized (Trần Thị Khánh Trâm, 2022). The author recognize this gap as an area for further investigation. The author analyzed factors influencing residents' intentions to use QR code payments in Phu Yen Province, including (i) Mobile payment habits, (ii) Trust, (iii) Ease of use, and (iv) Perceived risk. The research results will contribute additional information and resources to studies in the field of cashless payments, particularly QR code payments, in Vietnam in the future.
