Strengthening the quality of training aiming at the social needs: Some theoretical and realistic issues

Abstract

Strengthening the quality of training aiming at the social needs is one of the major issues to which much attention is paid. Simultaneously, it is an important policy of Vietnam Communist Party, of the Ministry of Education and Training, particularly of the local universities, among which, there is Phu Yen University. The article mentions and discusses some theoretical and practical issues on the quality of training, the social needs on training and the relationship among them; At the same time, some solutions are proposed for implementing them.
