The issue of separated sentences in writing

Abstract

Sentences in texts, grammatically and semantically have close relationship with each other, are parts constituting the texts, in which the presence of separated sentences are quite abundant and diversified. Based on a number of related documents, from the point of view of text grammar, the paper presents some characteristics of separated sentences in comparison with special sentences and elliptical sentences, as well as its rhetoric value in literature. The paper aims also to provide students with the capabilities of identifying and constructing some types of sentences in text.
