Some orientations for standardization, modernization, socialization, democratization and international integration in the basic and all-round renovation of Vietnam Education

Abstract

This article starts from the concept of basic and all-round renovation on our country’s education, that means a transition towards the construction and development of an education and training system which is standardized, socialized, democratized and internationally integrated, following the socialist orientations and preserving the national identities. Beside clarifying the above-mentioned contents, the article also attempts to partially concretize some of the tasks to be implemented in some aspects, aiming at creating some rudimental and effective transitions in the current education and training.
